We at KMR WoodWorks take pride in every product created. We hope that you are satisfied with every purchase made. Our product descriptions are carefully worded to help our customers make an informed decision on our products.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us as soon as you can at an option listed below to quickly resolve the issue.

KMR WoodWorks gladly accepts returns, exchanges, and cancellations under these conditions:
•    Customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery 
•    Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery 
•    Request a cancellation within: 5 hours of purchase 

 

Damage reports or returns must be initiated by the original purchasing party. We have the right to refuse returns or damaged items by a 3rd party.

The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:
•    Custom or personalized orders
•    Perishable products (like food or flowers)
•    Digital downloads
•    Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

We have the right to refuse to do business with any person, business, or entity for any reason.

Shipping Information

 

We currently ship using Fedex, UPS, and USPS depending on the products size and destination. Most products will qualify for free shipping unless otherwise noted. International orders do not qualify for free shipping. 

In stock products will ship in 1-3 business days from the purchase date. Custom projects will ship on a per item basis. 

Domestic orders can be expected to arrive in 2-4 days after the package has left our facility.

International orders may take up to 12 days to arrive.

To process a damaged shipment, images of the damaged box and product must be provided.

Privacy Policy

 

KMR WoodWorks greatly values our customers and respects their privacy at all times. Any information collected through our website or other communication is for internal use only. Permission will be requested for any reviews or testimonials used by KMR WoodWorks on a public platform. We will never share your financial or personal information with 3rd party companies.

    

Additional Policies

Proofs will only be sent at the customers' request. If a customer is unhappy with font, layout, etc and did not request a proof we cannot issue a refund.

We try to portray the color of our products as accurately as possible. The appearance of a product on a digital screen may slightly skew the actual color. Wood color and grain pattern can also vary slightly from board to board. 

Once an order has been placed into production, it cannot be modified. If there is an issue, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for incorrect spelling or other errors that were provided by the customer.

Photos of a finished product will not be sent unless specifically requested. We try to send photos if we can but that is not guaranteed.

By placing an order, it is assumed that you agree to these policies.
